Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Terms

At Micron Computers, customers have the flexibility to cancel their order easily:

• Self-Service Online Cancellation: You can cancel your order directly from your My Orders dashboard as long as the order status is in Pending or Processing status (prior to courier pickup/dispatch).
• Customer Care Assistance: You may also request cancellation by contacting our store helpdesk via WhatsApp or phone at +91 99222 46724 or by emailing microncomputers99@gmail.com with your Order ID.
• Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order has been packed, handed over to our courier partner, and assigned a tracking number (status updated to Shipped / In Transit), it cannot be cancelled in-transit. Once delivered, you can request a return or replacement in accordance with our 7-Day Return Policy.

3. Custom Built Rig & Assembled Systems

For specialized custom-assembled PC configurations where hardware packaging has already been unsealed and custom assembly/stress-testing has commenced, our team will review the cancellation request on a case-by-case basis. If components are intact and unopened, a 100% refund is issued.

4. Orders Cancelled by Store

Micron Computers reserves the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Unavailability of stock or discontinued product lines.
• Incorrect pricing or technical catalog inaccuracies.
• Incomplete or unserviceable delivery pincode / shipping address.
• Suspected fraudulent transaction or failed payment authorization.

In any such event, the customer will be notified immediately and a 100% full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
