1. 7-Day Replacement & Return Policy

At Micron Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a dedicated 7-Day Return / Replacement Policy starting from the timestamp your parcel is marked as delivered by our courier partner.

You are eligible for a free replacement or complete refund under the following conditions:

  • Item received is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or functionally defective.
  • Item delivered has physical transit damage or structural defect.
  • Incorrect SKU component delivered that does not match your invoice order.
  • Missing items or accessories originally bundled in the manufacturer retail box.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Guidelines for Physical Damage & Missing Item Claims:

Because computer components (such as Motherboards with CPU socket pins, tempered glass cabinets, and Graphics cards) are sensitive hardware, we require customers to record a continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video showing the outer shipping label, barcode seals, and the unpackaging process.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once the returned product arrives at our inspection facility in Sambhajinagar and passes physical & serial number verification (usually within 24 to 48 hours of receipt):

Original Payment Source Refund

Refunds are transmitted directly back to your original mode of payment (UPI Account / Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking processing cycles.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Digital software license keys (Microsoft Windows, Office, Antivirus).
  • Consumable items once opened (Thermal paste tubes, thermal pads).
  • Items with burnt ICs, bent socket pins, physical liquid spills, or damage caused by unauthorized overclocking.
  • Products with missing original serial number stickers or tampered brand warranty seals.

5. Official Brand Warranty Support Beyond 7 Days

After the initial 7-day store replacement window, your hardware remains 100% protected under the manufacturer's brand warranty (ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand). Micron Computers provides complimentary RMA assistance and helps connect you to authorized service centers across India.
