1. Acceptance of Terms & Usage

By accessing, browsing, requesting custom PC build quotations, or purchasing computer components from Micron Computers (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. 100% Genuine Brand Warranty Guarantee

All electronic components, graphic cards, motherboards, processors, power supplies, monitors, and peripherals sold by Micron Computers are 100% brand new, authentic, and sourced through authorized Indian distributor channels (such as Ingram Micro, Redington, Savex, Supertron).

• Each unit carries its original manufacturer serial number and brand warranty valid at all official brand service centers across India.
• Customers receive a valid GST tax invoice essential for registering manufacturer warranty RMA claims.

3. Product Pricing, Taxes & Availability

All prices displayed on the store are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per statutory Indian tax regulations.

4. Payment Processing & Security

Payments on our website are facilitated seamlessly through authorized and encrypted online payment options. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Debit Cards, and Netbanking.

Orders will only be scheduled for processing and courier dispatch upon successful payment authorization confirmed by the secure payment gateway.

5. Custom PC Assembly & Quotations

Quotations requested via the online builder or GST quotation generator are valid for a duration of 3 business days from the generation date. Custom PC assemblies are performed by certified hardware technicians with professional cable management, BIOS updating, and thermal profiling.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, brand marks, and digital assets associated with Micron Computers are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent. Third-party brand logos (Intel, AMD, Nvidia, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, etc.) belong to their respective trademark holders.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to site usage or product sales shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
